From September 20 to September 22, 2017, the Third Seminar on Water Management in the Context of Climate Change was held with the participation of 12 representatives of Central Asian countries and Afghanistan - young civil servants from line ministries and their subordinate bodies. The partners of the event were the German Embassy in Kazakhstan, the German Consulate in Almaty, the UNESCO GGRETA project, the UNESCO Cluster Office in Almaty, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Regional Environmental Center for Central Asia (CAREC).
